Overlearning is beneficial
This article is very persuasive for me. I have wondered for several years why patients with rather severe dementia do not cause traffic accident so often. It may be a result of overlearning. They drive a car as a routine so that their impaired cognition do not lower the driving skills as we predicted.

After Moon's administration is born, the relationship between Korea and Japan became worse. It was predicted because Korean politicians often utilize the hatred of citizens against Japan for their vote. But it is a very superficial policy.
