Xerox is a big printer maker. Xerox is representative of copy machine in Japan. It planned to gain HP with a hostile bid.
HP is also a big printer provider. It produce personal computers as well. Buying HP must be beneficial for Xerox.
However, this deal ended unsuccessful. It is said that novel corona virus pandemic had influenced to the conflict process.
To be honest, I had not known about this news. The current situation get rid of our usual activity.
