Google seems to develop its own branded debit card.
TechCrunch: Leaked pics reveal Google smart debit card to rival Apple’s
Tech Crunch leaked some images of Google Card which is similar to Apple's one. If it is true, Google will expand its field of products from information technology to finance. It is not surprising because an independent payment system is crucial for an IT company with a certain size to grow up their business.
Therefore, this event will be a usual activity of Google. I do not believe Google card itself will change our daily life at all.
